At Lumap, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Below are the details regarding our shipping policy:

Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Countries
Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada. We are working on expanding to other regions in the future and will notify our customers when we start offering international shipping.

Shipping Time
After processing, the estimated shipping time for your order is 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary based on your shipping address, as well as any external factors such as weather conditions, third-party carrier delays, or customs clearance.

Shipping Fees
For orders between $0.01 and $299.99, the shipping fee is $12.99 CAD.
For orders of $300 or more, we offer free shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated shipping time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays may cause your delivery to take longer than expected. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Lost or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item or your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue in accordance with our return and refund policy.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only offer shipping within Canada. We do not ship to international destinations or P.O. Boxes at this time.

Refunds and Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or an error occurred on our part. If you wish to return an item, the return shipping fee will be covered by Lumap for returns within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping Partners
We work with trusted carriers to deliver your products, including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. All shipments will be insured up to the value of the product(s).
